New Patient Registration
If you live in our practice area and would like to register with us, please complete one of our registration forms that are available from reception.
On the form you will be able to say which practitioner you would prefer to see. However, you will be registering with the practice rather than an individual GP.
Practice Area
The area in respect of which persons resident in it will, subject to any other terms of the Contract relating to patient registration, be entitled to register with Kirkhall Surgery, or seek acceptance by Kirkhall Surgery as a temporary resident, is Prestwick (inc Heathfield Road), Monkton, Symington and St Quivox as shown on the Practice map below.
